    • If accepted, we will provide a link to a Google Form (via email) where you can apply specifically for scholarships or financial aid.

    • Scholarships and financial aid are available for the Basic, Pro, and Sax Experiences; VIP not eligible for assistance.

    You may also request an Application Fee waiver on the basis of financial need.

While downtown Austin has plenty of options to choose from, we recommend staying at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown — the home of Global Jazz Workshop 2026. Below, find a lodging option that is right for you, as well as our on-site meal plan.

    • Friends attending the Workshop may request to room together.

    • Any rooming requests must be submitted by both parties (or legal guardian if under 18) via the form submission at the bottom of this page.

    • Rooming requests must be submitted no later than May 24 for consideration.
