Below are instructions to complete all three steps needed for your application to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

STEP ONE: APPLICATION FORM.

  • Click the link “Apply Now” to fill out an application form.

    • Reminder: this is only Step 1 of 3.

    • You must complete Step 2 (Application Payment) and Step 3 (Upload Your Audition) for your application to be considered.

  • Applications are due by 11:59 PM PT on MARCH 30, 2025.

    • This is the same deadline for all three application steps.

  • Application results will be announced on APRIL 14, 2025.

    • You will receive an email directly with your Admission Results containing your qualifying Experience types.

    • If accepted, you will be provided a Registration Link in the same email with your Admission Results.

    The Registration Link will take you to a page where you can view and select an Experience type: Basic, Pro, Sax or VIP.

    • Note that you will only be able to select an Experience for which you have been qualified. (i.e. Sax Experience vs. Pro Experience)

    • You can also select Lodging and Meal Plans, which are optional. If you do not wish to purchase a Lodging or Meal plan, you can select “No Lodging” and/or “No Meals”.

  • By signing into your Google account, you’ll be able to:

    • Save your progress

    • Revise your answers, even after submitting.

    To avoid missing the deadline, we suggest that you complete your application early!

STEP TWO: APPLICATION PAYMENT.

  • Click the link “Make A Payment” to complete your Application Payment of $35.00 USD.

    • Reminder: this is only Step 2 of 3.

    • You must complete Step 1 (Application Form) and Step 3 (Upload Your Audition) for your application to be considered.

  • Application Payments are due by 11:59 PM PT on MARCH 30, 2025.

    • This is the same deadline for all three application steps.

  • Application Payments are $35.00 USD.

  • You may request an Application Fee waiver on the basis of financial need.

    • If you would like to apply for a waiver, please contact the team HERE.

    • If approved, the Fee Waiver will be emailed to you directly in the form of a discount code.

    • This code can be used at check-out on the Application Payment store page.

MAKE A PAYMENT

STEP THREE: UPLOAD YOUR AUDITION.

  • Step 1: Upload your recordings through any online platform that is convenient for you, including:

    • Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, etc

    Step 2: Please make sure your recordings are accessible and not restricted links.

    Step 3: Click the link “Upload Auditions” to submit online links to your recordings.

  • Application Payments are due by 11:59 PM PT on MARCH 30, 2025.

    • This is the same deadline for all three application steps.

  • Your auditions can be in either audio (only) or video format.

    Recordings should feature you:

    • Improvising and/or playing a melody for a duration of at least 30 seconds.

    If you would like to be considered for more advanced ensembles, we recommend submitting longer recordings.

    • This allows our team to accurately asses your experience as an improviser.
